During your free SayCheeese check-up, we created a 3D simulation and took X-rays and photos, and we use this data to make your perfectly fitting SayCheeese clear aligners. On this page, we explain how easy it is to use them in everyday life.
Depending on the type of misalignment, you'll get around 10 to 20 aligners from us (usually for each of the upper and lower jaw). They are numbered: you start with number 1 and wear it for around 10 days. Then you change to number 2, and so on. After an average of just 4 to 8 months, your treatment is already complete!
Our invisible aligners are made of a specially developed clear plastic that is certified for orthodontic treatment, feels comfortable and is barely noticeable or visible. Unlike conventional braces, there are no wires or brackets that can dig into your mouth and are very conspicuous. Instead, the aligners simply slide over your teeth and stay securely in place.
You wear the aligners around the clock and only take them out to eat and brush your teeth. Unlike conventional braces with wires, no food can get stuck either. As the aligners are invisible and comfortable to wear, you'll get used to them after just 1–2 days. And if the aligners do ever get in the way, e.g. when playing a wind instrument, you can simply take them out at any time. This makes everyday life with our aligners much easier and more comfortable.
Our innovative aligners achieve top results in record time, and completely without attachments. These are small anchors that have to be bonded to the teeth with conventional aligners; with our aligners, where necessary, they are already built into the aligner itself.
This means no regular appointments are needed during your treatment, and you only visit us again for the interim or final check-up. If you would still like an appointment, we at SayCheeese are always there for you and you can reach us at any time – even at short notice!
With SayCheeese, you get your dream smile invisibly, quickly and more affordably than you'd think, from just €32*.
No, you brush and care for your teeth as usual and, while you're at it, also clean your aligners with a soft toothbrush, without toothpaste and only under running water. Unlike with conventional braces, everything stays the same as always with SayCheeese!
And unlike with brackets, you can also keep using dental floss without any restrictions during treatment with our aligners, which is a significant advantage for your oral hygiene.
Don't worry! Our invisible aligners are extremely durable and resilient – it would take real brute force to break them. Besides, you change to a brand-new aligner around every 10 days. You just shouldn't clean your aligners with hot water or in the dishwasher, as the material can warp and the aligner may no longer fit properly.
If you ever lose an aligner, just give us a call – usually the treatment can continue straight away with the next aligner, but either way we'll find a solution and you don't need to worry! To be on the safe side, always keep your previous aligners as well.
To sum up, our invisible aligners are extremely comfortable and easy to wear in everyday life. They are invisible, fully removable at any time and durable – that's why they are so popular with our patients. And since the entire treatment time is only a few months, the time until you have your dream smile flies by anyway.
