Maybe you have misaligned teeth or a jaw misalignment such as an underbite, crossbite or open bite, often combined with a gap between your teeth or crowding – but you don't want fixed braces with brackets that take years and that everyone can see. You want an invisible solution that works without any fuss, fits in with work or uni, and makes you smile?
Or maybe you already had braces as a teenager, but your teeth have shifted noticeably again, or you've simply noticed that something in your jaw has changed?
SayCheeese sensitive is the invisible aligner treatment with orthodontic quality, dentists who are personally responsible for you and the shortest possible treatment time – it's more affordable than you'd think and delivers what it promises.
You can trust us: we give you honest, medically sound advice. If SayCheeese sensitive would be like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut because your misalignment turns out to be milder, we'll help you for even less with SayCheeese easy.
Then you've definitely come to the right place, because at our Vienna practice on Herrengasse we use our invisible aligners to correct almost every kind of misalignment in the front teeth.
With SayCheeese easy we treat your mildly misaligned teeth in just 14 weeks, and with SayCheeese sensitive your moderately misaligned teeth in just 28 weeks. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to judge this yourself, because whether a misalignment is "mild" or "moderate" isn't a question of looks but of medicine – and of how much pressure the aligners need to apply to achieve the smile you want.
The good news: your consultation including a 3D scan and X-ray is free with us anyway. So whether you're an "easy" or a "sensitive" type, you'll get the best possible offer with the shortest possible treatment time – free of charge and with no obligation!
According to the FDI tooth numbering system, the teeth in the upper jaw that we can treat with aligners are numbers 11, 12 (front right), 21, 22 (front left), 13 (right canine), 23 (left canine), 14 (right premolar) and 24 (left premolar).
We can't treat the so-called 6s, 7s and 8s.

With our optional add-on package, we can now treat an even wider range of misaligned teeth.
retentionRetention is an important part of your teeth straightening and its crowning finish. That's why SayCheeese patients get retention aligners on the best possible terms. These removable retainers are similar to your invisible aligners, just a little sturdier. You only wear them at night and can take them out at any time. That's how we preserve the smile you wanted.
homebleachingA radiant smile is a magnet for attention. White teeth don't just enhance your appearance – they also give you the confidence to show yourself with self-assurance, whether in selfies, at work, or in front of friends or relatives. Your radiant smile is an investment in your well-being and your quality of life.
With SayCheeese sensitive we correct moderately misaligned teeth without any fuss, quickly and for less than you'd think.
If your misalignment is simpler, we have an even simpler answer with SayCheeese easy, so we can cover a wide range, from the smallest gap between your teeth to moderately misaligned teeth. Whether you're "easy" or "sensitive", you'll find out straight away at your free consultation including a 3D scan and X-ray!
At SayCheeese easy we like to keep things simple, because life is complicated enough already. We keep the number of check-ups you need to a minimum and give you all your aligners at once to make the whole process as smooth as possible. That way you can focus on what really matters – enjoying your new smile to the full.
After your free consultation with a 3D simulation and X-ray, we plan your aligners and hand them over to you. You wear each aligner for around 10 days and then change to the next one. There's practically nothing you need to watch out for, and if you have any questions, we're always there for you!
Plasticine or modelling clay is a lovely toy for lots of children, but it has no place in modern orthodontic treatment. Impression kits, especially when patients use them on their own at home, are far too inaccurate and unreliable to set up professional aligner treatment.
A dentist can't check your progress from a photo. After all, modern aligners move your teeth in all three dimensions, and on a normal two-dimensional photo it's impossible to diagnose the current status with sufficient precision.
At SayCheeese we rely on some of the most advanced technology there is: with our state-of-the-art iTero 3D scanner and our panoramic X-ray system, we create a precise 3D model of your teeth and use it to build a 3D simulation that delivers what it promises!
During your aligner treatment you can come in whenever you like. On top of that, depending on your misalignment, we schedule personal check-ups with our dentists for you, so your treatment literally stays on track.
We're Dr. Lara Kaiser and Dr. Gernot Glantschnig from the SayCheeese team. You can trust us! We have experience with over 1,000 patients and are the dentists personally responsible for you. We genuinely care about giving you the smile you want!
1. Personal planning tailored exactly to your needs and expectations.
2. State-of-the-art treatment methods and invisible aligners from the world market leader.
3. Honest promises. Because it's only by meeting expectations that we've already been able to help hundreds of patients to a new smile.
SayCheeese sensitive with up to 20 aligners costs €2,280 for one jaw or €2,980 for both jaws. You can pay in instalments over up to 36 months at 0% interest; longer terms of up to 60 months are possible at around 8% interest.
We can usually treat simple bite problems such as a crossbite, open bite or underbite as part of SayCheeese sensitive. Only for complex jaw misalignments or medical indications is an orthodontic practice the better choice – and we'll tell you so honestly after your free consultation with a 3D scan and X-ray, because not every misalignment is right for us.
Hardly: our aligners only affect your speech slightly. It can take a few days to get used to how they feel; after that you'll speak as normal – even in presentations or talks. At our practice we'll give you tips to help you get used to them quickly.
Just call us on +43 1 393 5050 or email ordination@saycheeese.at – we'll check the aligner at our practice and quickly arrange a replacement so your treatment carries on without a long break. Until then, wear the previous or the next aligner to keep your teeth on track.
Clean your aligners every day with a soft toothbrush and lukewarm water, ideally in the morning, in the evening and after eating. Avoid hot water, toothpaste and harsh mouthwashes: hot water can warp the material, and toothpaste can make the aligners cloudy or scratch them.
Whether it's crooked teeth or gaps between your teeth, your smile is our focus. As Austria's largest provider of purely aesthetic teeth straightening, we offer you a free, no-obligation consultation including 3D simulation and X-ray, which allows us to create a treatment plan perfectly tailored to you and the smile you want.
