Maybe you have a gap between your teeth that has always bothered you, a crooked front tooth in your upper jaw or slight crowding in your lower jaw – a misalignment that isn't serious enough to justify the effort and cost of traditional orthodontic treatment, but still bothers you when you smile and is perhaps why you don't like showing your teeth?
Or maybe you already had braces as a teenager, but your teeth have shifted a little since then, or you've simply noticed that something in your jaw has changed?
SayCheeese easy is the invisible aligner treatment with orthodontic quality, dentists who take personal responsibility for your care and the shortest possible treatment time – it costs less than you'd think and delivers what it promises.
You can trust us: we give you honest, medically sound advice. If SayCheeese easy won't work for you because your teeth are too severely misaligned, we can probably help you with SayCheeese sensitive.
Then you've definitely come to the right place, because at our Vienna practice on Herrengasse we use our invisible aligners to correct almost every kind of misalignment in the front teeth.
With SayCheeese easy we treat your mildly misaligned teeth in just 14 weeks; with SayCheeese sensitive, your moderately misaligned teeth in just 28 weeks. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to judge this yourself, because whether a misalignment is "mild" or "moderate" isn't a question of aesthetics but of medicine – and of how much pressure the aligners need to apply to achieve the smile you want.
The good news: your consultation including a 3D scan and X-ray is free with us anyway – so whether you're an "easy" or a "sensitive" type, you'll get the best possible offer with the shortest possible treatment time from us, free of charge and with no obligation!
According to the FDI tooth numbering system, the teeth in the upper jaw that we can treat with aligners are numbers 11, 12 (front right), 21, 22 (front left), 13 (canine right), 23 (canine left), 14 (premolar right) and 24 (premolar left).
We can't treat the so-called 6s, 7s and 8s.

easy
We made SayCheeese for you and your smile. That's why our aligners treat your misaligned teeth in the visible front area of your jaw. The back teeth (numbers 6, 7 and 8, i.e. the molars and wisdom teeth) are not treated. If you need treatment in this area, we'll let you know during your free consultation.

refinement
With our optional add-on package, we can now treat an even wider range of misaligned teeth.
retentionRetention is an important part of your teeth straightening and its crowning finish. That's why SayCheeese patients get retention aligners on the best possible terms. These removable retainers are similar to your invisible aligners, just a little sturdier. You only wear them at night and can take them out at any time. That's how we preserve the smile you wanted.
homebleachingA radiant smile is a magnet for attention. White teeth don't just enhance your appearance – they also give you the confidence to show yourself with self-assurance, whether in selfies, at work, or in front of friends or relatives. Your radiant smile is an investment in your well-being and your quality of life.
With SayCheeese easy we correct mild misalignments easily, quickly and for less than you'd think.
If your misalignment is more complex, we now have the answer with SayCheeese sensitive and can correct even more types of misalignment. You'll find out whether you're "easy" or "sensitive" right in your free consultation including a 3D scan and X-ray!
At SayCheeese easy we like to keep things simple, because life is complicated enough as it is. We keep the number of check-ups you need to a minimum and give you all your aligners at once to make the whole process as smooth as possible. That way you can focus on what really matters – enjoying your new smile to the full.
After your free consultation with 3D simulation and X-ray, we plan your aligners and hand them over to you. You wear each aligner for about 10 days and then change to the next one. There's practically nothing you need to watch out for, and if you have any questions, we're always there for you!
Plasticine and modelling clay make great toys for lots of children, but they have no place in modern orthodontic treatment. Impression kits – especially when patients use them themselves at home – are far too imprecise and unreliable to set up professional aligner treatment.
A dental progress check can't be carried out using a photo – after all, modern aligners move your teeth in all three dimensions, and it's impossible to diagnose the current status precisely enough from an ordinary two-dimensional photo.
At SayCheeese we use some of the most advanced technology there is: with our state-of-the-art iTero 3D scanner and our panoramic X-ray system, we create a precise 3D model of your teeth and use it to build a 3D simulation that delivers what it promises!
During your aligner treatment you can come in whenever you like. On top of that, depending on how your teeth are misaligned, we schedule personal check-ups for you with our dentists so that your treatment literally stays on track.
We're Dr. Lara Kaiser and Dr. Gernot Glantschnig from the SayCheeese team. You can trust us! We have experience with over 1,000 patients and are the dentists personally responsible for your care. We genuinely care about giving you the smile you want!
1. Personal treatment plans tailored exactly to your needs and expectations.
2. State-of-the-art treatment methods and invisible aligners from the world market leader.
3. Honest promises. Because it's only by meeting expectations that we've already been able to give hundreds of patients a new smile.
SayCheeese easy with up to 10 aligners costs €1,580 for one jaw or €1,980 for both jaws. For terms of up to 36 months, you pay in instalments at 0% interest; with terms of up to 60 months (around 8% interest), you start from €32 per month – this applies to the smallest package, i.e. SayCheeese easy for one jaw.
For the best result, wear your aligners 20 to 22 hours a day – if you wear them for less, your treatment may take longer. Only take them out to eat, to drink (except water) and to brush your teeth; you wear each aligner for about 10 days, then change to the next one.
No – the aligners are smooth, have no sharp edges and are comfortable to wear. Especially at the beginning you may feel slight pressure – that shows the aligners are moving your teeth step by step, and you'll usually get used to it after a few days.
Yes – you simply take the aligners out to eat and can eat whatever you like. While you're wearing them, it's best to drink only water, as coffee, tea or red wine can stain the aligners; brush your teeth quickly before putting them back in.
Yes – if your teeth have shifted a little after previous braces, SayCheeese easy can be exactly the right solution. An existing retainer has to be removed before treatment – we'll find out whether easy is right for you in your free consultation with 3D scan and X-ray.
We recommend one, because without a retainer your teeth can shift again after treatment. With SayCheeese easy, you first wear your last aligner for two months for retention; for a long-lasting result there are also somewhat sturdier retention aligners that you only wear at night and can take out at any time.
Whether it's crooked teeth or gaps between your teeth, your smile is our focus. As Austria's largest provider of purely aesthetic teeth straightening, we offer you a free, no-obligation consultation including 3D simulation and X-ray, which allows us to create a treatment plan perfectly tailored to you and the smile you want.
