No – for treatment, all your teeth need to have fully grown in, and your jaw should have finished growing too. That's why our aligners are intended for teenagers aged 15 and over and for adults – for children we recommend treatment with an orthodontist.

Yes, the aligners are fine for sport. For contact sports such as boxing, take them out, keep them in their case and wear a mouthguard instead; after training, rinse them with lukewarm water and clean them with a soft toothbrush.
